Welcome, exhibitors! This page provides key details about setup, logistics, and on-site operations. Whether it’s your first time exhibiting or you’re a returning partner, these answers will help you prepare for a smooth and successful show.

General Information

 

What is the High Supply Sourcing Show?

The High Supply Sourcing Show is a B2B trade event focused on the cannabis supply chain — connecting cultivators, manufacturers, and retailers with sourcing and production partners.

 

When and where is the show taking place?

Dates: April 29 – 30, 2026

What are the show hours?

  • Set up Monday April 28 10 AM - 8 PM

  • Tuesday, April 29: 10 AM – 6 PM

  • Wednesday, April 30: 10 AM – 5 PM

  • Break Down Wednesday, April 30: 5 PM – 8 PM

Exhibitor Registration & Badges

 

How do I register my booth staff?

Each exhibiting company receives a set number of complimentary exhibitor passes (based on booth size). Registration links will be emailed to your main contact once payment is confirmed.

 

Where do I pick up my passes?

Passes are available at the Exhibitor Check-In Desk located in the main lobby during setup hours.

 

Do passes allow entry before show hours?

Yes, exhibitor passes grant early access for setup and restocking before doors open each day.

Booth Setup & Logistics

 

When can I move in and set up my booth?

Move-in typically begins Monday, April 28, from 10 AM – 8 PM. Detailed logistics and load-in maps will be sent via email closer to the event.

 

What are the move-out hours?

Move-out begins immediately after show close on Wednesday, April 30, and must be completed by that evening unless otherwise approved.

 

What’s included with my booth space?

Each 10’x10’, 10'x20', 20'x20' booth includes:

  • 8’ back drape

  • Standard 5-amp electrical outlet

  • Wifi access

Can I bring custom displays or structures?

Yes. Custom builds, banners, and branded walls are allowed as long as they meet venue safety and height restrictions (max 8’ tall). All displays must fit within your assigned footprint. NO EZ-UPS ARE PERMITTED

 

Are cannabis products allowed in booths?

Yes, but for display only. No consumption, sampling, or sale of cannabis products is permitted on-site.

Shipping, Storage & Power

 

Can I ship materials to the venue?

Yes. You may ship directly to the venue’s advance warehouse or to your booth during setup.

Details, labels, and receiving instructions will be provided in the Exhibitor Kit.

 

Is storage available on-site?

Limited overnight storage may be available for sealed materials. Contact show management for arrangements.

 

Marketing & Promotion

 

How can I promote my participation?

You’ll receive access to our Exhibitor Marketing Toolkit including official logos, social graphics, and suggested captions to promote your booth on social media and email campaigns.

 

Will my company be listed in the show directory?

Yes, all approved exhibitors will appear in the online exhibitor directory and printed map. Ensure your listing info is complete before the deadline.

 

Can I host giveaways or activations at my booth?

Yes! We encourage engaging booth experiences. Please submit any activation requiring special approval (e.g., giveaways, activations, raffles) to our team in advance.

Sponsorship & Visibility

 

How can I become a sponsor?

Email our partnerships team at info@highsupplyshow.com for current packages and pricing. Opportunities include branding, digital features, lounges, and panels.

 

Are there advertising opportunities?

Yes. You can feature your brand in digital ads, signage, lanyards, or show guides. Contact the sponsorship team for availability.

 

Rules & Regulations

 

Can I distribute samples?

THC or CBD samples may be distributed on-site. 

 

Can I play music or videos?

Yes, but sound levels must not disturb neighboring booths. We recommend keeping volume below 70 decibels.

 

Is security provided?

Yes. Overnight security is provided, but exhibitors are responsible for securing valuables and materials during show hours.

 

Do I need insurance?

Yes, exhibitors are required to carry general liability insurance. Proof of insurance must be submitted prior to setup.
